Timetable Information
Students who are hoping to make changes to their timetables may book an appointment after September 9th using the online booking system https://gci.wrdsb.ca/guidance/. Simply scroll to your guidance counsellor based on your last name, click on book appointment and select a day/time that suits you. Please complete the Course ADD/DROP Google Form.
Counsellors will be making appointments/or calling into classes for students that require urgent changes based on:
- a student who has taken summer school and needs to update their timetable based on its results.
- an issue in a timetable (error, missing class etc).
- a student who hopes to make a pathway change and requires a change.
Please follow your current timetable and attend ALL classes. Please be aware that our classes are very full and, as well, that all courses are not available every period. Course changes may require lots of changes to a timetable where possible.
As always, we do our best to support our students, however, with full classes and limited time, our focus is on the students above who require a change.
Thank you for your patience!! Remember to check your email often starting the week September 6th. Your Guidance counsellor will be very busy with school start up and will address requests in the google form in order… no need to email us! We will contact you.
The final day for course changes is Friday, September 16th.
