Parents are asked to come to the school to pick up the Data Verification Form (DVF) and Standard Release Form.  If you are accompanying your child to or from Ice Cream Day on August 30^th, this task can be easily accomplished then.  Forms will also be available for pick-up from August 27^th to 30^st, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  Both forms need to be reviewed and signed by a parent, and should be returned on the first day of school.
