WRDSB Lowers Flags for Pakistan

We are all saddened by the tragic events that took place at Army Public School in Peshawar, Pakistan. To show support for all those affected, we will be lowering flags at our schools, and our Education Centre, until the end of day on December 19.

Christmas Holidays

GCI will be closed for Christmas Holidays from Monday December 22 to January 2, 2015.  Students return on Monday January 5th.   Happy Holidays!

Grade 8 Information Night

On Wednesday, January 7 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., GCI will host Grade 8 students and their parents.  Please join us to learn more about the transition to high school, credit requirements, program offerings, and high school life.  We look forward to meeting our incoming ghosts in person!

GCI Student Wins OPP Life-Saving Award

Congratulations to Rachel Grant, a Grade 12 student at GCI who recently received the OPP Commissioner’s Citation for Lifesaving.  In July, Rachel saved a man from drowning.  The entire GCI community is inspired by Rachel’s act of courage.
