They will increase their understanding and appreciation of diverse French-speaking communities. |
FSF2PI Core French, Grade 10, Applied Prerequisite: FSF1DI The course provides opportunities for students to communicate in French about everyday matters and topics of personal interest in real- life situations. Students will develop their language knowledge and skills by using language-learning strategies to interpret texts and communicate clearly. They will increase their understanding and appreciation of diverse French-speaking communities. |
FSF3UI Core French, Grade 11, University Prerequisite: FSF2DI This course offers students opportunities to speak and interact in real- life situations in French with greater independence. Students will develop their creative and critical thinking skills by responding to and exploring a variety of oral and written texts. They will broaden their understanding and appreciation of diverse French-speaking communities. |
FSF4UI Core French, Grade 12, University Prerequisite: FSF3UI This course provides extensive opportunities for students to speak and interact in French independently. Students will use language-learning strategies in real-life situations and will continue to develop their creative and critical thinking skills while interacting with a variety of oral and written texts. Students will enrich their understanding and appreciation of diverse French-speaking communities. |
