How to increase your chances of winning a scholarship and/or bursary:
 
1.     Complete the GCI Scholarship & Busaries Application that is available in the Guidance Office. 
 
2.     Check out the following resources/websites:

 Parents place of employment may offer scholarships to children of employees.
  
3.   Get the latest updates on any scholarship/bursaries that we receive information about. This information can be found on twitter @gciguidance , and the scholarship bulletin board in the Guidance  office.
 
4.   Students should create a resume about themselves to be used for reference letters. Keep a file of all reference letters and applications. Try to give teachers/employers etc. at least 2 weeks notice when requesting reference letters.
